Five Courses, One Trusted Team

Basic Life Support Img

Basic Life Support (BLS)

2–4.5 hours
Built for healthcare providers and other staff who need hands-on CPR and life support skills for both hospital and out-of-hospital emergencies.

Heartsaver

2–5 hours
First aid, CPR, and AED training built for workplace safety compliance, including OSHA requirements — also open to anyone who wants to be ready to help in an emergency. Students receive a completion card valid for 2 years.
Ideal for
people with little to no medical background needing training for work, plus the general public, childcare workers, teachers, coaches, and babysitters.
First Aid, AED, and CPR are bundled here, but each is also offered standalone below.

Cpr Aed Img

CPR & AED

3–5 hours
Teaches participants to perform CPR and safely operate an AED, based on current AHA guidelines.
Standalone course, also included within Heartsaver.

First Aid

1–3 hours
Covers how to recognize common first aid emergencies, get help, and respond with the right lifesaving skills.

Bloodborne Pathogens Img

Bloodborne Pathogens

1 hour
Teaches students how to protect themselves and others from exposure to blood and blood-containing materials, using the PACT framework (Protect, Act, Clean, Tell). Meets OSHA requirements when combined with site-specific instruction.
